GSA Alliant Small Business: The Alliant Government-wide Acquisition Contract (Alliant GWAC) is a competitive multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. The contract is designed to provide worldwide information technology solutions to Federal agencies.
GSA 8(a) STARS: The 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) GWAC is a small business set-aside contract for technology solutions. It is designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing technology solutions for the Federal government.
GSA VETS: The Veterans Technology Services (VETS) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a small business set-aside contract for service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) small technology firms. It is the result of Executive Order 13360 that is designed to strengthen Federal contracting opportunities for SDVO firms.
DHS EAGLE I: Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will serve as a department-wide platform for acquiring IT service solutions in five functional categories (FC’s):
- FC1 – Engineering Design, Development, Implementation and Integration
- FC2 – Operations and Maintenance
- FC3 – Independent Test, Evaluation, Validation and Verification
- FC4 – Software Development
- FC5 – Management Support Services
SeaPort-E: SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded, and managed using the SeaPort-e platform. Since nearly 85% of its contract holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the nation’s engine of job growth.

DOJ ITSS IV: This $1.1 billion seven-year IDIQ multiple award contract vehicle will provide the AceInfo Team the opportunity to compete for software and application development, systems and software engineering, Web development, and IT services requirements within the Department of Justice (DOJ). Requirements will include but are not limited to large-scale systems integration acquisitions, and the integration, modification, and maintenance of current systems which will have significant impacts on future program needs in DOJ components.
DOJ FBI Information Technology Supplies and Support Services (FBI IT Triple S): This DOJ FBI contract is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity prime contract with a total ceiling of $30 billion for all prime awardees. The unprecedented FBI IT Triple S Basic Ordering Agreement will provide IT supplies and support services to the entire Justice Department. The FBI IT Triple S initiative enables DOJ units to accomplish mission objectives by tasking contractors to provide services as required in areas that include enterprise architecture design, development and integration, critical infrastructure protection, and operations testing and evaluation.
